Bumble Bee Ranch Stall Assignments

You have until July 1st to reclaim Your spots from November 2024 Event. On July 2nd, unclaimed spot will be distributed to those on the waitlists.

Your name in “Green” tentatively holds your spot, when you turn to blue, you are confirmed. On July 2nd, those in green lose their spots.

The Stalls Assignments will be listed below once the initial reservation rush is finished. A lot of stalls are filled with pre-registered assignments. These are people that have come to this event for a very long time. They have first dibs on their stalls. Once they turned down their stall or decide they cannot make it then their stalls will go to the next person on the wait list.

If your horse is aggressive, I do not suggest renting the fence line pens for the safety of your horse and the ones next to your horse because the stalls are only 12 x 12. I will try to get you an end pen, but it is not guaranteed. You can also consider renting the pens next to your horse to keep them empty. If your horse becomes dangerous, you will be asked to tie your horse to your trailer for the remainder of your stay.

If your horse damages the horse panel beyond repair, the panels cost $200 per panel. Yes, this has happened. The horse barreled kicked through the panel and got both legs caught, and proceeded to make the panel into a pretzel. The horse only had minor scratches, but the panel did not survive.

PLEASE BRING A MANURE BUCKET FOR THE SELF CLEANERS ALONG THE FENCELINE AND IN THE SELF CONTAINMENT FIELDS. MAKES CLEANUP EACH DAY GO A LOT QUICKER.

If you have a reserved stall and you cannot make it, you cannot give it to a friend. It goes to the next person in line on the wait list. That is not fair to others. - Kelly
