This webpage is to book you stalls, accommodations and meals with Bumble Bee Ranch for the AZ Trail Travelers Contest (Step 3) for November 13 - 15, 2026. This is not for NARS!!

You have until September 30, 2026, to reclaim your spot from the January 2026 Competition!

The ACTUAL COMPETITION at Bumble Bee Ranch that is hosted by AZ TRAIL TRAVELERS is not open yet for registration until mid October (Step 1 and 2). The NARS Competition has to be completed first before it will open for Bumble Bee Ranch.

Everything is a-la-carte.
You can be bare to the bones or spoiled rotten. Kelly has you covered.

Here is the schedule for the weekend so far…..

BINGO - We will be playing Bingo after dinner with prizes for the winners.

MEALS AVAILABLE AND THEIR COSTS*

* All meals have a minimum of 10 adults required for them to happen. Participants will be notified which meals will not be happening.

Thursday Dinner (Hamburger and Hot Dogs) - $20 per person - INCREASED DUE TO BEEF COSTS
Friday Breakfast Buffet - $15 per person
Friday Spaghetti Dinner - $15 per person
Saturday Breakfast Buffet - $15 per person
Saturday Ribeye Steak Dinner - $50 per person (choice of steak, chicken or salmon) - INCREASED DUE TO BEEF COSTS
Sunday Breakfast Buffet - $15 per person
Bag Lunches available on Friday and Saturday - $8 per lunch

SIGN UP FOR YOUR MEALS!!!  I only make a few extra meals above what is reserved.  Don’t be a procrastinator, or you will go hungry!

ACCOMMODATIONS AND THeiR COSTS

Day Parking: $10 per person
Tent and Dry Camping: $15 per person
Electrical Hookup Only: $45 per night (includes two person occupancy - an additional $15 per person per night for extras)
Electrical w/ Water Hookup: $55 per night (includes two person occupancy - an additional $15 per person per night for extras)
Full Hookups w/ septic: $65 per night (includes two person occupancy - an additional $15 per person per night for extras)

* Kids under 18 years of age are FREE if accompanied by an adult. Click here for new rates!

- Please note, you are paying per person now not by the vehicle, so you will have to pay for camping even if you are driving in with someone else.

STALL RENTAL AND THEIR COSTS

Stall Rental (rates have stayed the same….for now….mmooohahahahhaha - Kelly)

$20 per night (You Clean) _ Rates are for one horse in one stall
$25 per night (We Clean) - Rates are for one horse in one stall.

Bumble Bee Ranch comes by once a day to pick up your manure pile. If you have a manure bucket even better. If you pay Bumble Bee Ranch to clean, sit back and relax. Self cleaners at the tack room must take their manure to the manure pile.

Stall Assignments and Guest Houses

Those that were signed up for the January Event will have first dibs to reclaim their spots until September 30, 2026. On October 1st, anyone that has not reclaimed their spot will be erased off the board and they will start at the bottom.

Your name will be in “green” as a tentative hold until September 30, 2026.
It will turn to blue when you reclaim your stall or accommodation spot.

If you turn down a stall or cannot make it, the stall goes to the next person on the waiting list.
You cannot give it to someone else. That is unfair.

Please bring a manure bucket for quick clean-up of your stalls and campsites!
