Please fill in the following form to register by email. You may also call 623-694-1165 for a more a personal feel. We will respond to you by either email or phone. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond. If you send it on the weekend, you may not get a response until Monday. Don't fret. We are extremely busy on the weekends with events as we shall with your event also. Thank you for your patience.
We do not require a credit card or prepayment for this event. We are one of the few places where a hand shake is a binding contract. We ask that you do us the kindness of calling and cancelling if you cannot make it. Even if it is the day of the event.
We will be giving you a call a week to two weeks before your AZ Trail Travelers Event to confirm your reservations and make changes if necessary. If you cannot figure out what you are doing by then then there is no hope for you. Just kidding. We understand things can happen that are out of your control.

IMPORTANT DATES:
January 9, 2025 - Last day for “November Reunion” Participants to reclaim their spots.
January 27, 2025 - Last day to sign up for the competition or when 50 riders are signed up for each day. Whichever comes first.

EVERYONE receives an email confirmation from us with your confirmed reservation and any questions that we have for you. Please do not think we are slackers. We have responded back to you. If you do not get one, do not assume you are registered. Please call us, and we will resend it. We are now sending confirmation text messages also after the emails have been sent.
