Get Excited! This will be the fourth “Sisters on the Fly Event” at Bumble Bee Ranch. Strap on your boots, hitch up your petticoats and bring your adventurous spirit. This long weekend will include everything from meals, camping, day time activities you can sign up for, special evening activities planned with open bar, and having more fun than anyone is allowed. Check out the schedule of events. When ready to join in, you will register with Bumble Bee Ranch, and let the adventure begin. This event is limited to 60 people so don’t dilly dally. Registration cutoff is November 1, 2025, and payment of $240 is due upon registration with Bumble Bee Ranch. Payment will be collected thru registration. The Registration Fee is nonrefundable, but it is transferable to another Sister if you have to cancel. You will collect the registration fee from the Sister you are transferring it to. You will not receive a refund from Bumble Bee Ranch.
For Bumble Bee Ranch Activities, you can sign up for activities on the Registration Form. Once registered, you will be given a confirmation text and email by Bumble Bee Ranch with the availability of the activity. You will pay Bumble Bee Ranch when you arrive on November 12th, by cash, check, charge or Apple Pay. Cutoff date for selecting activities is November 1, 2025, and is nonrefundable after that date and no further changes can be made. If you need to cancel, and there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot, you will not be charged. Feel free to ask lots of questions before registering.
REGISTRATION AND SIGN-UP FOR ACTIVITIES WITH BUMBLE BEE RANCH IS OPEN. THIS YEAR IS DIFFERENT, CAMPING AND MEALS ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO BUMBLE BEE RANCH, WHICH IS THE BULK OF THE PRICE. WHEN YOU REGISTER WITH SOTF, YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THE SPECIAL EVENING ACTIVITIES PLANNED AND GOODIES THEY PROVIDE.
When registering for electrical spots, the office electric is reserved for those that have medical conditions. IF you ask for an office electrical spot, you will be interviewed by Sotf to make sure you qualify. If the spots are not all filled, they will be available for anyone.
We do however have 3 ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS at the Tack Room up for grabs thru Bumble Bee Ranch on the Registration Form that have no limitations. Depending on the snowbirds of the ranch, there maybe some Full Hookups available.
Another NEW thing this year, Bumble Bee Ranch is controlling the beds in the Big House. You can rent just a room. Prices for rooms are marked below under “Big House Rates”. That too can be reserved under the Registration Form. There is a two night minimum and two room minimum on the Big House.

You DO NOT pay for ACTIVITIES at this time. Due to the constant changes and shuffling around of activities up until the last minute, you pay for your activities when you arrive at Bumble Bee Ranch in the Office with cash, check, credit card or Apple Pay except for the Razor Tours. That one is cash only.
SOTT (Sisters on the Try) are not allowed to sign-up at this time. Please contact Janet Reich thru the SOTF Website to be put on a wait list should some spots become available closer to the date.
SOTF AZ Cowgirl Round Up

Cost per Person: $240 per person which will be paid to Bumble Bee Ranch upon registration via a Square Invoice sent to your email. It doesn’t include extra activity fees, electrical hookups, or Big House beds with Bumble Bee Ranch. Cutoff date for Registration is November 1, 2025. Registration Fee is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another sister if you have to cancel to take your place. Those taking another sister’s spot will register through the same registration button.
Extra Fees for Horse/Razor Tour Activities will be paid directly to Bumble Bee Ranch when you arrive on property by cash, check, charge or Apple Pay, and sign-up is also through Bumble Bee Ranch only. You cannot sign up for horse/razor tour activities through the SOTF website. Razor Tours are cash only. Please signup for activities thru the registration button below. Once registered, you will be given a confirmation email by Bumble Bee Ranch with the availability of the activity. You pay for your activity when you arrive on November 12th on the ranch property. You can pay with cash, check, charge or Apple Pay. Cutoff date for selecting Activities is November 1, 2025, and is nonrefundable after that date and no further changes can be made. What is included in your $240 Registration fee with Bumble Bee Ranch:
Your registration fee is set and cannot be discounted due to your arrival or departure date, or because you will not participate in a meal. There are no refunds and your fees cannot be put towards a future date. You can transfer your spot to another sister is you need to cancel.
#1 Dry Camping for your RV or Tent from Wednesday thru Sunday (big wide open fields to park in)
There are 5 Electrical Hookups spots available for those with MEDICAL CONDITIONS that require it at the Office. Spots must be approved by Hosts. An Extra Fee of $15 per night applies for Electrical Hookups Only and can be paid for at the Bumble Bee Ranch Office when you arrive via cash, check, charge or Apple Pay. For those without medical conditions, there are a few electrical hookups at your disposal at the Tack Room. If Office spots do not get filled by Medical Conditions, they will be go to nonmedical sisters on the waitlist.
GENERATORS MUST BE OFF BY 9PM AND CANNOT COME BACK ON UNTIL 9AM FOR THE RESPECT OF THE CAMPERS AROUND YOU. THEY DID NOT COME TO LISTEN TO YOUR GENERATOR ALL NIGHT. BE RESPECTFUL AND ENJOY THE QUIETNESS OF THE RANCH.
There are NO PETS allowed at this event. No worries, the ranch has plenty of fur babies for you to love on.
PROPANE FIRE PITS are allowed at your campsites only. No open fire pits. If you can, please bring firewood for the big bonfire get together at the pavilion for the “Get to Know Your Sisters” night.
#2 All your Breakfasts and Dinners from Wednesday Dinner thru Sunday Breakfast. You are on your own for Lunch.
All Breakfasts are Buffet Style served on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Mornings.
Wednesday Dinner: Spaghetti w/ meatballs plus gluten free spaghetti and vegan sauce
Thursday Dinner: Hamburger/Hot Dogs plus vegan burgers
Friday Dinner: Salmon and Chicken Healthy Meal
Saturday Dinner: BBQ Ribs and Chicken
HAPPY HOUR starts at 4:30PM at the pavilion. At this time until Bumble Bee Ranch closes down their bar, there is NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL allowed in the pavilion or pavilion area. You cannot bring your favorite wine bottle to dinner. Bumble Bee Ranch will catch you and tell you to, “Chug it or chuck it.”

A full cash bar is available during each dinner by Bumble Bee Ranch. Tabs can be started, but a credit card is required to open one.

What extra activities can I do at Bumble Bee Ranch during my stay for a fee:
BIG HOUSE RENTAL for Wednesday thru Sunday (tax included)
- Master Bedroom and Bath ($800)
- Loft Bedroom with shared bathroom ($600)
- Bunk Bed Bedroom with shared bathroom ($600 divided by number of sleepers in room)
REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR ACTIVITIES. CUTOFF IS November 1, 2025
The below activities are extra and require you to sign up for via the “Registration” button above and must be paid upon arrival to Bumble Bee Ranch by cash, check, charge or Apple Pay. If you have a group wanting to share in the same activity, please state that in the notes so we can work to keep you together. Last minute sign-ups are not feasible due to scheduling of other activities for your group. Cutoff Date for Activities is November 1, 2025, and fees are nonrefundable after that date. Changes can be made to Activities by calling or texting Bumble Bee Ranch at 623-694-1165, emailing Bumble Bee Ranch at bbradventures@aol.com, or clicking the “I need to change my reservation” button below no later than November 1, 2025. You can transfer your activity to another Sister after November 1, 2025.
Please note, that you can only sign up for one horse activity for the week due to its popularity. You can add a 2nd choice for horses, but you will be at the bottom of the waitlist so everyone has a chance to participate.
ACTIVITY #1 - 1 HOUR HORSEBACK RIDING
COST $100 per person includes tax
Restrictions: 7 yrs of age or older, Weight limit of 230 lbs. Only 5 spaces available per slot for over 200 lbs. Your skill level of riding and weight limit will be asked upon registration to match you up with the perfect horse or mule.
Wednesday - 2:30PM - 6 Max, no minimum
Friday - 10:30AM - 6 Max, no minimum
Recommended attire: Long Jeans (not capris) and closed toed shoes. No shorts or flip flops. Helmets are available.
ACTIVITY #2 - 2 HOUR CATTLE DRIVE
COST $200 per person includes tax
Restrictions: 10 yrs of age or older, Weight limit of 230 lbs. Only 4 spaces available per slot for over 200 lbs. Your skill level of riding and weight limit will be asked upon registration to match you up with the perfect horse or mule. 2 Person minimum for the cattle drive to happen.
Thursday - 10:30AM - 2 person minimum, 6 person maximum
Saturday - 10:30AM - 2 person minimum, 6 person maximum
Recommended attire: Long sleeve, long Jeans (not capris) and closed toed shoes. No shorts or flip flops. Helmets are available.
ACTIVITY #3 - 2 HOUR RAZOR TOUR
COST $165 per person includes tax - CASH ONLY
Restrictions: 4 Person Minimum required for Razor tour to happen. 12 Person Maximum per tour.
Thursday 2:30PM - 4 person minimum, 12 person maximum
Friday - 2:30PM - 4 person minimum, 12 person maximum
Saturday - 2:30PM - 4 person minimum, 12 person maximum
Recommended attire: Sunglasses or protective glasses for dust, nothing you don’t plan to get dirty!
